So, this is the current top DPS for Ranged Rogues. Easy, Simple and works well. Information is from both Zyzyx's Rogue Bible, and myself.

4 piece blighted ranger crystal -> HK 2 piece ranger crystal  (or just keep your normal 4pce)-> 4 piece HK marksman crystal

Macros for Ranger Crystal:

Use Deadeye Shot, use of Quickshot leaves you energy starved and results in a large DPS loss.

Basically continues to be get to 5CP. Finisher. Get to 5CP. Finisher. Use Strafe on CD.

Pro tips -
(Using Shadow Fire on CD is NOT a DPS loss with the ranger crystal. It hits harder and is an instant cast - thus, it is in builder macro)

1. Quick Shot at the beginning of every cycle to add the bleed dot, i also use it before ever strafe to ensure 100% up time. Quick shot also has a delayed bleeding tick, hence the reason i don't spam it.
2. If your standing still, and need to move, cast strafe... it will lock in your "standing still" damage buff until you get into position, or until strafe ends.
3. If you are fighting a boss that moves, use barbed shot... If you don't know what barbed shot is, you don't pvp!

Macros for MM Crystal:

(No deadeye shot, becuase it results in a loss of your electrified munitions.)

Pro tips -

1. Shadow Fire last 25 seconds, has a 20 sec CD. Using it on CD is a DPS loss. Don't be lazy and do it manually!

Ranger crystal doesn't compare, it will have you energy starved w/o a tablet, and the same build and concept of the rotation runs 200-300dps lower.

RE: Clipping Quick Shot's buff.

I'm lazy and Half the time I clip it.

RE: Barbed Shot.

I've never personally tried to do it, however I have no doubt that it would result in higher damage if the target is moving (eg, Murdantix, Grug at times, etc,)

This spec is super easy, and is the top ranged DPS Spec, You should also have Predatory Soulstone in your Sigil (SF: +100 AP).
