Slot 1:

Lethal Arrow: Massive Long Ranged Bow Attack Nuke

Piercing Mark: Single Target Mark allowing players attacks to ignore 75% of targets armor and spell resistance

Impale: Medium ranged Single target Execute dealing upto 300% damage on low health enemy

Crippling Grasp: 1.5 Immobilise then Siphons movement speed from enemy to player while dealing DoT damage 

Shadowy Disguise: 2.5 sec Invis while giving the player 100% Critical strike rateing for duration

Ult: Flawless Dawnbreaker: short ranged cone attack plus weapon attacks deal more damage when slotted

Slot 2:

Venom Arrow:  Poison Bow attack that interupts and stuns casters

Funnel Health: Deals Dot damge and healers player and 2 nearby allies for 25% of damage

Prolonged Suffering: 12 sec stun , stun is broken by damage, after effect ends enemy takes DoT damage

Focused Attacks: Increases attack speed with light and heavy and increases Stamina regen

Siphoning Attacks: Toggle to cause basic attacks to restore magika , health and stamina but reduces weapon and spell       damage chance to restore a certain % of magika and stamina

Ult: Bolstering Darkness: PBAoE causeing snare and nearby allies take 30% less damage while doubled for caster, also       grants invisibility and HoT for allies inside area

Use:

 This is a single target range build for a nightblade i think would wreck face. useing Piercing mark and leathal arrow to attack from stealth, shadow disguise for crit and escaping, crippling grasp and impale to finish them off. having one bow for max damage while the 2nd bow with heaps of attack speed using siphoning strikes and haste to keep health , magika and stamina all toped up. funnel health adds more health regen , venom arrow and suffering for CC and bolstering darkness for Oh shit button
